    This issue is now resolved. ConnectBooster should be working correctly at this time.

    The ConnectBooster Team has identified a possible server issue that was preventing users from logging in to the ConnectBooster portal and implemented a potential fix to resolve the issue. ConnectBooster should now be accessible, however the ConnectBooster Team will continue to monitor for additional outages throughout the day until this issue is fully resolved.

    The ConnectBooster Team is currently investigating an application outage preventing users from accessing ConnectBooster. At 9:45AM CDT the ConnectBooster Team became aware of some users unable to access ConnectBooster. Users may not be able to access ConnectBooster or access may be intermittent. Please refer to our Status Page for updates. We will continue to update this page throughout this incident. ConnectBooster Support is unable to provide further information during this time.

    ConnectBooster has implemented a configuration change to resolve the issues around receiving SMS authentication codes. The ConnectBooster Dev Team is currently monitoring this fix and will continue to monitor sending statuses throughout the weekend.

    Authentication codes should be sending normally. If you are continuing to experience issues with receiving 2FA codes via SMS please contact support@connectbooster.com

Intuit QuickBooks Web Connector Degradation

    This issue has been resolved. Affected users can resolve the issue by updating the QuickBooks Web Connector. Partners who continue to experience issues using QuickBooks Web Connector should contact support@connnectbooster.com for additional troubleshooting.

    Intuit has released a potential solution to resolve the certificate issue with QuickBooks Web Connector by updating to the latest version. Please update QuickBooks using this link: Update QuickBooks

    ConnectBooster is aware that Intuit is notifying partners and customers of an active service degradation involving QuickBooks Web Connector due to a revoked certificate from their certificate provider. At this time, Intuit is not providing an ETA on when this issue will be resolved.
