Our Development Team has recently deployed a resolution to the portal which has provided a resolution to the previous Login Issue for some clients through the ConnectBooster Portal.

The ConnectBooster Team is currently investigating an incident preventing customers from logging in. At 9:30AM CT the ConnectBooster Team became aware of an increasing number of customers unable to access ConnectBooster. At this time, customers may not be able to access ConnectBooster or access may be intermittent. We will continue to post updates here as the investigation continues. Please contact support@connectbooster.com if customers notify you that they are not able to log in.

The ConnectBooster Team has been monitoring this issue for the past 48 hours and currently the issue appears to be resolved. Accordingly, we will be closing this incident. Partners experiencing issues may contact support@connectbooster.com for further assistance.

We have published a fix for this issue and ConnectBooster is now operating normally - including payments transacted using AutoPay. We will continue to monitor this issue for the next 24-48 hours at which time this incident will be resolved. If you continue to experience issues transacting on BlueSnap, please contact support@connectbooster.com.

We are still seeing a degradation in performance between Bluesnap and ConnectBooster. While some customers are reporting successful transactions processing between BlueSnap and ConnectBooster, we have isolated reports that autopay and syncing are still failing. We continue to actively investigate the reported issues. If you are experiencing an issue with transactions failing, please contact support@connectbooster.com.
